Request a room away from the street for a tranquil night, as some rooms face a busy road that can disrupt sleep.

The location of Hotel Ferrari is fantastic. It's a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. My room was clean with a comfortable twin setup, and I appreciated the balcony, although it can get a bit noisy due to the main road and the nearby train line. The breakfast had a great assortment. I especially loved the coffee. The staff were incredibly supportive and allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which was a huge help. However, the room was on the small side, and anyone taller might find the shower a tight squeeze. It would be great if there were more options for hot drinks in the room. Overall, a solid stay with room for minor improvements.

No elevator can be frustrating!!! Some rooms are smaller than expected, making it challenging for families. The Wi-Fi connection is inconsistent, which could really use improvement. Hot water supply is limited during peak times, causing inconvenience!!!

great location , but not very luxurious
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. The proximity to the train station made it easy to explore neighboring areas. Our room had a lovely city view, which enhanced our stay significantly.
The overall decor felt a bit dated and could use a refresh to match the excellent service provided.
